LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I Robert Collins of the County of Knott and State of Kentucky of the age of (??) years and being of sound mind and of good memory and capable of doing business, do make, publish and declare this my last will testament in manner following: That is to say.

First: I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay out of my estate all my just debts as soon as possible after my death.

Second: I give and bequest to my wife Nancy J. Collins, and all my household and kitchen furniture and including all my (?landings?).

Third: I give unto my wife Nancy J. Collins my only cow and one mule, named John all of my hogs and fowls I also give unto my wife.

Fourth: I give and bequest unto my wife and son Harrison my stock of goods which I desire my son to assist in selling out of the proceeds of same, my wife Nancy J. Collins and Harrison Collins my son shall pay to my other seven children Twenty-five $25.00 dollars cash which shall be their share of my estate I now possess deducting their store acct. from same.

Fifth: I give and bequest unto my wife Nancy J. Collins all my land which shall constitute my home farm and same shall be her property during her natural life and at her (The said Nancy J. Collins) death the same shall fall to the said Harrison Collins which shall be come his property, land or real estate which shall constitute my home farm.

Sixth: I order to make the Fourth paragraph herein more definite regarding my other seven children will state that my wife Nancy J. Collins and Harrison Collins my son shall pay to James Collins, William Collins, Silas Collins, Jasper Collins, McClellen Collins, Martha Amburgey, and Mollie Catherine Amburgey each Twenty five $25.00 dollars in goods or money obtained out of the store.

one mule named (?Hit?) and one mare named Bird also one half of my (?--?--?) after my debts are paid.

I hereby appoint my wife Nancy J. Collins my sole executor of this my last will hereby revoking all former wills made by me at any time. In witness I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 9th day of June 1916. Robert Collins


The foregoing instrument was at the date hereof signed sealed published by (?---?) testator Robert Collins as and for his last will and testament in the presents of and at his request and in his presents and in the presents of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.
