      This will of conveyance, made and entered unto this 3rd day of December, 1928, between Dulcena Coburn, party of the first and Fred Coburn party of the second part, witness unto that said parties of the first part for and in commensuration of the sum of __ the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged does hereby will and convey to the party of the second part his heirs and assigns the following described property to wit: A certain tract or parcel of land, lying in Knott County Kentucky, on Troublesome Creek and being that same land conveyed to the first parties by heirship in P. C. Napier’s estate, bearing date of July 26, 190? which is duly recorded in deed book 10, page 532 County Court Clerk’s office and containing ___ acres more or less. And located and described as follows: Lying and being in the County of Knott State of Kentucky on the water of right hand Fork of Troublesome Creek and on to Tanzy Branch of same.

     Beginning on a white walnut and buckeye an contiguous line between P. C. Napier and I. D. Perkins hence S. West course with a fence on said contiguous line to Oscar Caudill’s garden fence. Hence a S. W. course with said and with a fence up a point to the top of the point and joins lands of A. C. Craft: hence up the ridge as it meanders and around the head of said Tanzy Branch to the lands of John A. Jones. Hence a straight line down the point to the land of F. P. Perkins. Hence down the point with said F. P. Perkins line with the top of the point to the beginning, so as to include all of the first parties interest in the P. C. Napiers estate.

     To have and hold the same together with all the appurtenances hereunto belonging unto the party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. And the said party of the first part hereby consents to and the said parties of the second part that she will warrant the title to the property hereby conveyed unto the said part of the second part and heirs and assigns forever.

     In testimony whereof the party of the first part has hereunto subscribed name the day and date aforesaid.

     I, I. A. Smiley, Clerk of the County Court for the county and state aforesaid, certify that the foregoing will of conveyance from Dulcena Coburn to Fred Coburn was on the 3rd day of December, 1928, produced to me in said county and acknowledged before me by Dulcena Coburn, party grantor hereto to be her act and deed.

In the matter of Probate of the

Probate of the last will and Testament

Of Dulcena Coburn

     It appearing to the satisfaction of the court from the witnesses of Bill Conley and Billie Moore that the deceased Dulcena Coburn departed this life in the year 1929, domiciled at the time of her death in Knott County, Kentucky, leaving as her last will and testament the above and foregoing instrument of writing which was this day filed in the court and offered for probate.

     Whereupon came Bill Conley and Billie Moore two subscribing witnesses thereto, and after being sworn stated that the instrument of writing was and is the last will and testament of the deceased, Dulcena Coburn. And that the said Dulcena Coburn, signed acknowledged and declared the said instrument as her last will and testament, in the presence of the said witnesses, Bill Conley and Billie Moore, and that they, the said subscribing witnesses, signed and attested said instrument of writing as witnesses at the request of the said Dulcena Coburn, and that she signed said instrument in their presence, and they signed said instrument in her presence and in the presence of each other.

      Now therefore it is ordered by the court that said instrument of writing is and the same is adjudged to be the last will and testament of the said Dulcena Coburn and the same is hereby admitted to probate as such and ordered to be recorded and admitted to record as the last will and testament of the said Dulcena Coburn.

     I John Sturgill, Clerk of the Knott County Court do certify that the will of Dulcena Coburn was on this 17 day of April, 1929 filed for probate in my office and for record and I have duly recorded the said will and order of probate together with the certificate in my said office.
