LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

DAVID CALHOUN

Know ye all men by true presents that I, David Calhoun of Knott County Kentucky being of sound mind but sick in body for my last will and testament ________ bequeath ___wife Rachel Calhoun all of my property both real and personal of every species and creation after my debts is paid to have ___ and use the same in her own right during her natural life and at her death said property both real and personal increase as may attach hereto shall become __ Rebecca Yancy and the heirs of her body.

I hereby declare that the foregoing will and testament shall take affect and be in full force at the time of my death and shall remain herafter.  Given under my hand and on  this 24th day of May 1889.
