Will of Frank A. Klostermann
Recorded in Will Book #5, page 523, July 1, 1889

In the name of God, Amen. I, Frank A. Klostermann of the City of Covington, Kenton County, Kentucky, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament.

After the payment of my just and legal debts and my funeral expenses after my decease, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Angela Klostermann, all my property and effects, real and personal of what kind and nature soever, with power to sell and convey if necessary and as she may find advantageous, and after her death, whatever may be left of same shall be equally divided, share and share alike between my ten children, Caroline Klostermann, Joseph Klostermann, Mary Klostermann, Frank Klostermann, Henry Klostermann, Bernard Klostermann, Albert Klostermann, Edward Klostermann, Frederick Klostermann and Theodor Klostermann and in case of the death of any or either of my above named children, unmarried and without issue, then such share or shares shall be equally divided between the surviving as above mentioned.

I hereby appoint my wife Angela Klostermann as sole executrix of this my
last Will and Testament and request the Judge in the Court in which this my last Will and Testament shall be probated, to permit her to qualify as such, without requiring of her security and request that no inventory be required. I appoint my wife Angela Klostermann guardian of our minor children.

In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 1st day of
July 1889 signed by Frank A. Klostermann and witnessed by Henry Schild and William F. Schild (not sure of spelling of last name)

Death Certificate shows Franz died Feb 10, 1892 from Inflammation of the Stomach and also chronic dyspepsia at 60 years of age. It also states he lived at 24 Pike Street and he had been in Covington for 25 years with
previous residence in Germany.
