William "Billy" Preston

    Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Preston of West Van Lear have received word from the War Department that their son Pfc. Billy Preston was wounded on January 06, while serving in Belgium. This is the second time he has been wounded since D-Day, the first being in France only a few months ago. Pfc. Preston has served in England, France, Luxembourg and Belgium. He is a brother of Mrs. Eugene Baldridge, Lexington, KY.
