Roberts, one with his wife Julia ''Hood'' Roberts, and their daughter ( my
grandmother) Katherine Roberts....(later Barber)
Burt was born May 21, 1896. Son if James Thomas and Lucinda ''Lucy'' Spencer
of Johnson Co. Ky. He was one of six brothers, and two sisters....

Fred Roberts.......born: September 23, 1876...died: March 1912
Charles Roberts...born: September 28, 1878 ..died: February 25, 1947

Bert ''Pat'' Roberts.. born: May 21,1896...died: March 14, 1937..cause of
death: Auricular Fibrillation, Disordered heart action
He was a Disabled Veteran, Fought in WW II.....PVT. 46th INF. 9th DIV.
He's buried in the Roberts family Plot in what is commonly referred to as
''Old Town or Old City Cemetery'' in Paintsville
He married Zona Lemaster and had a Boy named Norman Roberts born:1921...Zona
pasted away not long after
He then married Julia Hood and had a boy named Clarence Roberts born: November
2, 1926 died: same Prolonged Labor (48 hours)
Then on October 19, 1928 they had a girl named Katherine Langley Roberts.....
Pat got to watch Norman and Katherine grow until they were 15, and 8,when he
pasted away due to a short Illness from a heart attack......He died at his
home at 420 Cherry St. on a Sunday Morning
Jasper Ray Hood ....Born: July 7, 1924... To Alex Hood & Florence Cooper
..He married Clara Marie Scaff and had two boys

Jasper past away Nov. 18,1980 He is buried in Dixon Cemetery ,Westwood Ky.
