Personal Property includes:
A negro woman named Landis; Patsy, a negro woman; Sam, a negro boy; Rooth a negro girl; Harriet a negro girl; Phillip, a negro boy child; Ralph, a negro boy child; Hester, a negro woman; Michael a negro boy child; Lewis a negro man, Chesher a negro man; horses, yoke of oxen and cart, cattle, jule, hogs, tools, beds and furniture, kettle and pot, oven and lid and miller, pot hooks, andirons, oven and lid, table furniture, glass bottles, coffee mill, funnel and tin table, books, liiking glass, (probably looking) coopers ware, steelyards, saddles, Spanish saddles, old iron, gears, harness, waggon, grindstone, beef hide, Lela a negro woman, sheep shears, feather bed and furniture.

We the commissioners, have allotted to Mary Haynes, widow of William Haynes, deceased, her dower as follows, viz, One negro man named Churcher/Chesher at the value of five hundred dollars, one negro woman named Delila at three hundred dollars, and five hundred dollars in cash and property that she purchased at the sale of the decedent, (Probably....Polly Haynes) amount in all to thirteen hundred dollars, which dower Mary Haynes professes to be satisfied with. Given under our hand this 19 January 1833.

and Henry Haynes pays to Robert Sales $39.50 cents; Marcus Milner pays to William Ross $30.50 cents; John Haynes pays to William Ross $39.50 cents; Robert Sales pays to Thomas Sales 50 cents; Robert Sales pays to Adam Haynes $2.50 cents, giving to each one of the legatees, the negroes a next to their names, and to pay the several sums of money owed, making all them equal in value at three hundred and sixty dollars and 50 dents. Given under our hands this 14th day of February 1833.

Repport of Guardian of Heirs of William Haynes, deceased
I, Marcus Milner, guardian of the heirs of William Haynes, namely Henry Haynes and Sarah Haynes, and report the amount of property, coming to my possession, in which I received four promissory notes on Mark Hubs, one due January 15, 1831 for $50, one due 19th March 1831 for $24, one due 1st day of January 1833 for $137.60 and one on George Haynes due 1st January 1833 for $67.20. Whole amount received $204.80, and no money on notes is yet collected this 2nd day of September 1833.
