Harriet and William T Wingo to William Jackson - Deed Book H Page192

This indenture made and entered into this 25th day of February 1850 between Harriet Wingo and William T Wingo of the county of Hickman and state of KY of the first part and Wm Jackson of the county of Hickman and state of KY of the second part. Witnesseth that we the said Harriet Wingo and Wm T Wingo for an in consideration of the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars cash in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell unto the said Wm Jackson on certain tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the county of Hickman and state of Kentucky known and designated as follows towit the south east quarter of section twenty one township three range two west containing one hundred and sixty acres by survey be the same more or less together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to have and to hold the land hereby conveyed in this deed with the appurtenances unto the said Wm Jackson his heirs and assigns foreign and we the said Harriet Wingo and William Wingo for ourselves heirs and assigns doth hereby covenant to and with the said William Jackson warrant and defend the title to the land hereby conveyed on this deed from the lawful claim of all and every person or persons whatsoever will warrant and defend In testimony whereof we the said Harriet Wingo and William T Wingo hath hereunto set our hands and seal the day and date above written.

I, G. Wm Rennich, clerk of the county court of said county do certify that the deed from Wm T Wingo and Harriet Wingo his wife to William Jackson was on this 27th day of February 1850 acknowledged before my predecessor in his office by the said William T.
