1912: This indenture made and entered into this
the 9th day of Dec. 1909 between Alice Cunningham and her husband, Wood
Cunningham, A. R. Coleman, and his wife, Kate Coleman, Laura Coleman, Hattie
Coleman and William Coleman, parties of the first part and Sallie Barrow, party
of the second part. All of Hickman co., KY. Witnesseth that whereas the said
parties are the joint owners of the north half of the South West Quarter of Sec.
3, T. 1 R. 2 W. Sallie Barrow being the owner of one seventh (1/7) undivided
interest by inheritance from her father W. S. Coleman, deceased. Sallie and John
Barrow being the owner of another one seventh (1/7), undivided interest in said
land having acquired title to same by purchase from E. W. Stephens and her
husband. (E. W. Stephens being a child of W. S. Coleman, deceased) by deed dated
Aug. 13, 1909 and recorded in deed book No. 20, Page 575, records of Hickman
County Court Clerk's Office. Laura Coleman being the owner of one seventh (1/7),
William Coleman being the owner of one seventh (1/7), A. R. Coleman being the
owner of one seventh (1/7) all by inheritance from their father, W. S. Coleman,
deceased and whereas a division of the said land has been made and confirmed by
all the said persons, record of which division is dated Dec. 9, 1909 and is
recorded in commissioners report book records of the said County Court Clerk's
Office on page ??, Now, therefore in consideration of the premises the said
parties of the first part do hereby grant, convey and set apart to the said
second party certain lands lying in Hickman County, KY consisting of a part of
the North half of the S W quarter of Sec. 3 T. 1 R 2 W and being lot Nos. 4 and
13 as shown by the plots of said division above referred to said lots being
bounded as follows: beginning at a stake at the N. E. corner of lot No. 3,
thence N. 84 1/2 degrees E. 21.64 rods to the S. E. corner of lot No. 3 thence
N. 1 degree E. 84 rods to a stake in the north line of quarter with the said
line of lot No. 3 to the beginning. Also, to bound lot No.13 beginning at the S.
E. Corner of Lot No. 13 in the East line of quarter, thence S. 84 1/2 degrees N.
22 rods to a stake thence N. 1 degree E. 8 rods to a stake thence N. 84 1/2
degrees E. 22 rods to a stake on the east line of quarter the S. 1 degree W. 8
rods to a stake at the beginning containing in both 12.32 acres to have and to
hold the said property unto the said second party, his heirs and assigns forever
with covenant of general warranty. In testimony where of we
have here unto set our hands this the 16 day of Dec. 1909. Acknowledged before

County of Hickman: I, J. A. Porter, Clerk of the County Court in and for the
County and State aforesaid do certify that the foregoing deed from Alice
Cunningham et al to Laura Coleman was, on the 16 day of Dec. 1909, produced to
R. L Bushart, my legally authorized deputy in my county, by Alice Cunningham,
Wood Cunningham, A. R. Coleman, Kate Coleman, Hattie Coleman, Wm. S. Coleman,
parties thereto, and by them acknowledged to be their act and deed, and that
same was this day produced to me in my office for record and that I have
recorded same, the foregoing and this certificate in my said office. Given under
my hand this 21st day of Feb. 1912.
