Alexander Family Cemetery

This cemetery is located about 1.5 miles northwest of Four Points, the intersection of the Middle Road and the Cayce-Union City Highway, on Alexander Road (this road was once known as Rock Creek Church Road).  Alexander Road is the first crossroads west of Four Points, turn north and go about 0.6 miles. The cemetery is back in a field on the west side of the road.

 



This cemetery was established by the will of William Locke Alexander, Sr. (Will Book 1, pg.33 – Fulton County, set apart from the other land he owned and may be used for no other purpose.

Hickman Courier – June 7, 1901
Mrs. Mary Martin, died in Paducah, Ky., Monday, and was brought to Union City, and thence carried to the old Alexander homestead, this county, for burial. She was an aunt of Mrs. Dr. Curlin, of this city, and a daughter of the late Jo Morehead.
