    THIS DEED OF CONVEYANCE, made and entered into this 2nd day of December, 1908 between Sid Cole and Sabrina Cole his wife, Nancy Brandenburg and John Brandenburger her husband, Brock Combs and Mary Combs his wife, Louisa Stamper and Lewis Stamper her husband, S. W. Williams and J. L. Williams her husband, parties of the first part, and G. W. Combs party of the second part:

    WITNESSETH: - That said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred $375 Dollars, paid in hand, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby acknowledged, do hereby sell and convey to the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, the following described property, to wit:

    A certain tract of or parcel of land lying in Estill County, Kentucky, on the waters of Miller Creek, and being the same land conveyed to the first parties by Claborn Combs their father, the same was inherited by said parties which was duly recorded in deed book ____, page ____, County Court Clerk’s Office, containing 125 acres more or less; described as follows:  Beginning at the mouth of the said Smyth Spring Branch at Billy’s Fork of Millers Creek at a white oak and two sugar trees, thence with the meanders of the said Creek up the creek to three spruce pine at Pealy Penningtons corner, thence with his line to the lime stone cliff up the cliff to a water oak and a large sand-stone rock, thence with the dividing ridge to a chestnut oak and sand-stone oak, thence with the divide of Spice Hollow and white oak and black oak on top of the divide, thence with the divide to two chestnuts and two black oaks, thence with the dividing ridge so as to include the Spice Hollow and Dear Lick Hollow to the cliff to a black walnut and chinqupin oak, thence a straight line to the beginning.

    TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all the appurtenances thereto belonging unto the party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. And the said parties of the first part hereby convents with the said parties party of the second part, that they will warrant the title to the property hereby conveyed unto the said party of the second part and his heirs forever.

    IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the party of the first part has hereunto subscribed their names, the day and year aforesaid.

    I, C.T. Grinstead, Clerk of the County Court for the County and State aforesaid, certify that the foregoing Deed of Conveyance from said Sid Cole & c., to G. W. Combs was on the 29th day of December, 1910, produced to me in the said County and acknowledged before me by Brock Combs, Sidney Cole, Sabrina Combs, Lewis Stamper, Louisa Stamper, Mary E. Combs, Sarilda Williams, J. S. Brandenburg and Nancy Brandenburg parties grantors thereto, to be their act and deed.

    Given under my hand, this 29th day of December, 1910
