The Jaruis Ball who was married to Elizabeth and died
in Clay County in 1920's is a descendant of this Jarious Ball.

Ball of the Conty of Buncombe & State of
North Carolina beaing weak in body but of sound
& perfect & perfect mind & memory blessed be
God this the 23 day of June in the year of our
Lord one thousand eighteen hundred and sisty

As testament in maner as follows, that is,
