Big Creek Church

This photo was made during the summer of 1920.

The Big Creek Baptist church services were held in the elementary school building and Rev. G. E. Landon and his wife are in thisphoto, near the front door. A notation on the photo was made thatRev. Landon was the first pastor at Big Creek. I'm not positive but I seem to recall my parents saying he later became pastor at Manchester. There was also a notation on the back of the photo that Miss Stenger was standing on the top step.
