The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Against
Rosco Marcum and Rosco Young... defendant
The Grand Jury of Clay County, in the
name and by the authority of the
Commonwealth of Kentucky, accuse Rosco
Marcum and Rosco Young of the offense of
Affray committed in the manner and form
as follows, viz: The said Rosco Marcum
and Rosco Young did on the 2 day of
October 1936, in the county, Circuit and
State aforesaid, and within 12 months
next before the finding of the indictment
herein did unlawfully, willfully,
knowingly and mutually engaging in a fist
fight and brawl with each other in a
public place to the terror and
disturbance
of the persons then and there present
contrary to the form of the Statute in
such case made and provided, and against
the peace and dignity of the
Commonwealth of Kentucky.
