Commonwealth VS Collins and Napier ADULTERY
The defendants having been duly summoned and failing to answer the indictment is taken as true and it is therefore adjudged that the defendants each make good their fine to the Commonwealth by the payment of twenty dollars and the costs hereof

Commonwealth VS Isham Scott & Jane Horne ADULTERY
The defendant Isham Scott appeared and pled not guilty whereupon came a jury to wit: James Treadway, ------ Sisemore, R. Treadway, Melvil Johnson, Wm Sisemore Jr., John Davidson, Joseph Hubbard, Joel Bradley, Jeff Jones, A. D. Clark?, W.D. Cook and Wilson Lucas who were elected, -------?, and sworn to try the ------ and after hearing the evidence and instructions of the court the following verdict, We of the Jury find the defendant guilty of adultery  Joseph Hubbard Foreman It is therefore adjudged that the defendant make good his fine to the Commonwealth by the payment of twenty dollars and the cost of this prosecution and this case is dismissed as to the defendant Jane Lunsford

The defendant William Collins having been duly summoned and failing to answer the indictment is taken as true as to him. It is therefore adjudged that he make good his fine to the Commonwealth by the payment of twenty dollars and the costs of this prosecution and this cause is dismissed as to the defendant Robinson.

The defendant having been duly summoned and failing to answer the indictment is taken as true. It is therefore adjudged that they each make good their fine to the Commonwealth by the payment of twenty dollars and the cost hereof

JUDGMENT
This cause having been submitted on the petition answer and depositions, the court being advised thereon, Orders that the plaintiff be divorced from the defendant and the plaintiff be restored to all the rights and privileges of an unmarried man from this date. And that the defendant divorce from the plaintiff to take effect one year after this date. It is further ordered that the plaintiff pay the costs of this action including an attorney fee of five dollars to the defendant's attorney and this cause stricken from the docket.
