Squire Hollinsworth ADULTERY
This day came as well the atty for the Commonwealth and the defendant tho called came not but made default. It is therefore considered by the court that the defendant each make good their fine to the Commonwealth by the payment of $----- and the Commonwealth recover her costs.

Solomon Garland and Polly Bowlin ADULTERY
This day came as well the atty for the Commonwealth and the defendant tho called came not but made default. It is therefore considered by the court that the defendant each make good their fine to the Commonwealth by the payment of $10 and the Commonwealth recover her costs.

Joseph Broughton VS Lucy Broughton
The court now being advised rendered the following written decree which is
ordered to record.
This case came in to be tried upon ------ ------ ------ and the defendant
having been served with process and failed to answer it is ordered and decreed
that the Complainant be and hereby is divorced from defendant and restored to
the rights & ammunities(note: is this supposed to be amenity?) of an unmarried
man and the Complainant pay costs in this suit.

Sally Woods VS Reuben Woods 
The court being advised rendered the following decree here in which is 
ordered to record.
This cause came on to be tried upon Bill answer and proof. It is ordered
and decreed that the complainant be and is hereby Divorced and the marriage
contract set aside canceled and held for nought and the Defendant pay costs 
of this

Commonwealth VS Blevins Bowling INDICT
The prisoner was brought to this ------ in custody ------- and the jury
---------- and sworn in yesterday returned into court and after completing the
testimony and the argument of -------
Both for and against the prisoner. The jury after due deliberation thereon
returning into court their verdict to wit:
We, of the jury, find the deft Blevins Bowling guilty of the charge of
manslaughter as contained? In the -------- indictment and further find that he
be confined in the jail and Penitentiary house of the Commonwealth for the
full period and term of ten years.

The prisoner was remanded to jail there to await the judgment of the court.

Commonwealth VS Blevins Bowling
This day came the attorney for the Commonwealth and the prisoner being brought
to the bar? And a jury? Demanded of him whether he had anything further to say
why sentence should not now be pronounced against him according to the verdict
of the -------- who nothing further says. It is considered by the court that
the prisoner be confined in the jail and penitentiary house of the
Commonwealth to hard labor for the space of two years.
