This cemetery is located on a hillside at an elevation of about 30 feet above the creek as one would travel down lower Beech Creek.  It is located on the right hand side of the entrance to the Susie Herd Branch.  This cemetery is not easily accessible and requires a good pair of hiking shoes.  During the winter months it is visible from the left hand side of the Beech Creek Road and is located about 100 yards from the road.

There are a total of 23 graves.  Eight are marked or have recorded information.  Fifteen are either old cut stones or field stone and the lettering is illegible or nothing recorded at all.

The oldest recorded birth date is 1864  -  John Herd

The oldest recorded death date is 1898 – Ernest Herd
