| I believe the William N. Wilson listed on page 400 of the 1840 census
could be my great-great-grandfather. If so, he was the son of George
B. Wilson (b: abt. 1764 in Pennsylvania?, d: 4/14/1834) and Agnes
McMachen (b: abt. 1776, d: 8/10/1834). Both are buried in the
Wilson Cemetery in Butler Co.. William N. Wilson (b: 8/14/1801 d: 2/28/1971)
married Mary Elizabeth Martin (b: abt 1808 in Pennsylvania?, d: abt 1869)
on 10/28/1824. They are also buried in the Wilson Cemetery.
I believe William N. and Mary had some seven children with these approx.
birth years (based on dwelling #834 of 1850 Census):
George G. 1827 Sally 1830 Albina 1834 Thomas J. 1840 (10/8/1840?) William H. 1843 James 1845 Robert D. 1849 I'm working for any information to confirm or correct this info. Also, I'm interested in learning of William N.'s siblings. Possibilities are: Jane (m.
