Barren County KY Deed Book #S pg. 201

I, Henry Warder of the first part have this day bargained and sold and do hereby convey to Samuel Lawler of the second part a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the county of Barren, being to same tract of land which was sold under a decree of the Barren Circuit Court in favor of said Warder and Cary Snoddy against George Munday and purchased by said Warder, Now said Warder sells said land supposed to contain 155 acres for and in consideration of $334.  to the said Lawler

           In consideration of the premises I have bargained and sold and do hereby convey to said Samuel Lawler the land above described to him , his heirs, and assigns forever to have and to hold the same, free from the claim of myself and all persons claiming under me but from no on else. Given under my hand and seal this 14th day of March 1848.

I Thomas J Helm Clerk of the County Court for said County certify

that this deed from Henry Warder to Samuel Lawler was on this day acknowledged before me by the said Warder to be his act and deed whereupon the same and this certificate has been recorded in my office. Given under my hand this 14th day of March 1848.
