Barren County Ky Deed Book # 7 pg. 91 

This indentured _______ and entered into this 16th day of August 1866 between R.B. Evans as commissioner under a judgment of the Barren county clerk of the first part and Martha Wyatt of the second part. Untoforth, that where as the April 2, 1866 of the Barren county clerk in a such funding there in which J.H. Steenbergen, Martha Britt, George Britt, James Wyatt, and Martha Wyatt(_____) are plaintiffs against James M. Wyatt, Rebecca Henderson, Mary Wyatt, ____ Whitney, and it's unknown heirs of Sally McGinnis, dec'd. _____ a judgment was rendered by which it was ordered and ajudged  that the lands________ in said such pertaining 225 acres be separated  in lots as follows for plaintiffs:

 J.H. Steenbergen 1/4 and 1/8 of 1/4, Joseph Wyatt the same to plaintiff,  James M. Wyatt the same to plaintiff. Martha Britt and Martha Wyatt each 1/8 of 1/4. On defendants Mary Wyatt, Rebecca Henderson each 1/8 of 1/4 Plaintiffs Joseph Wyatt the same. To defendant James M. Wyatt the same. To plaintiffs Martha Britt and Martha Wyatt  each 1/8 of 1/4  on defendants Mary Wyatt and Rebecca Henderson each 1/8 of 1/4 and to the unknown heirs of Sally McGinnis dec'd 1/8 of 1/4 of said land and W. Wright, K.P. Ellis  and H.A . Ellis were appointed commissioners  to execute said judgement and whereas at June___ 1866 of said clerk, and said commissioners filed their part in ____ ____ having among her things  that they allotted  to Martha Wyatt  party of the second part. Lot # 4 pertaining 7 1/4 acres and bonded as follows ; beginning where black oak bush curves to 3 S. 1.0 E 20 W 28 poles to an elm and black gum. W 4 E 50 poles to a dogwood and black oak bush on the ____ line unto the same  W1.0 E 20 poles to a black oakbush and dogwood  corner to the no. 3 with same hereto 47 poles to the beginning said lot of land lying and being in the county of Barren and state of Kentucky on the waters of Peter's Creek and whereas further on the July 2, 1866 of said clerk and judgement was rendered confirming the report of the said commissioners and appointing R. B. Evans a commissioner to _____ the lands mentions in said suit the parties entitled thereas______

by said report were therefore no _____ two of the ____ and by unto the authority  vested in me as commissioner under said judgement I do hereby find in behalf of the heirs as law of John Wyatt dec'd convey the said land as above described to the said Martha Wyatt to have and to hold until her and her heirs and assigns forever and I agree to warrent and defend the title to said lands to be free from all claims whatever so far as I am authorized___by said judgement  to do.
