[Isaac Moore] John Adair, Esqr. Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky
To all to whom these presents shall come and this Know ye that by virtue and in Consideration of part of Kentucky Land office warrant No 328 there is Granted By the said Commonwealth unto Isaac Moore afsd of with T Bush who was afsd of Abraham's Point, a certain tract or parcel of Land Pertaining fifty Acres by said County on date the thirteenth day of May one thousand Eight hundred and sixteen lying and being in the County of Barren on the waters of Rose and Skeggs Creek waters of Big Barren River and bounded as followeth to wit Beginning at a poplar dogwood and continued on a line of Isaac Moores Settlement of 200 acres and runneth thence with said line S 60 W 45 poles to two luchines and Black Oak thence with the same South ten west fifty five poles to a black walnut and then two ash trees on a military line of one braghaus thence with it South thirty six East thirty poles to a hickory Tree and dogwood thence S 85 East thirty poles with marshalls line to a Black Oak on a line of I Marshalls thence with it North sixty five East thirty poles to a hickory and white oak thence with the same North Eighty five East Seventy four poles to a poplar on a line of said Marshalls line with it South ninety Eight East twenty six poles to a double Chestnut thence N 13 E 36 poles to a white oak and two ash trees on said Moores settlement and thence with North fifty five west one hundred and six poles to the Beginning Registered 4th November 1823, With its appurtenances to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of Land with its appurtenances to the said Isaac Moore and his heirs forever in witness whereof the said John Adair Esqr. Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky hath hereunto set his hand and caused the seal of the said Commonwealth to be affixed at Frankfort on the fourth day of may in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty four and of the Commonwealth the thirdy second.
