I give an bequeath to my daughter Agnes Johnson all the personal property I have now in possession consisting of household and kitchen furniture , one cow & also one note of forty five dollars which I hold for the sale of land. in testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of December in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and fifty three.

I James A McBrayer clerk of the Anderson County Court certify that at the July term 1854 of said Court held July 10, 1854 the foregoing writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Sarah Webster deceased was produced in Court and proved by the oaths of David Johnson a subscribing witness and also the handwriting and signature of T R Jordan the other subscribing witness  was proved by the oath of said David Johnson and said will ordered to be recorded which is  accordingly done  . Given my hand this 29th day of August 1854

I Lewis Wilson of the County of Anderson and State of Kentucky do hereby make this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say 1st I give to my beloved wife Abagil Wilson all of my property of every description during her natural life, after her death it is to be equally divided between my eight children  And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my sons Daniel D and William H Wilson executors of this my last will and testament with power to sell any property at my death that they may think proper by and with the consent of my wife, I give to my son D D Wilson 1/2 acre of land including the graveyard to be held by him for a burying ground forever also a sufficient passway to & from same . in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 11 day of January in the year 1853
